CANCELLATION POLICY: Due to the small nature of each class, and for planning and preparation, a full refund cannot be issued with cancellation less than 1 week prior to a class start date. RESPECT POLICY: Here at Kid Lab, we make it our mission to give every child a fun and engaging experience. This means, each participant is expected to come with a willingness to try new things and respect each other, the materials, and the instructors. While no specific discipline policy is in place at this time, the instructor may ask the caregiver to return and pick up the child if the child is a distraction, causing harm, or consistently showing disrespect. LIABILITY: Although every precaution is taken to ensure a fun and safe experience, children may get hurt during Kid Lab activities.
